We are based in Trenčín, easily reachable from Bratislava and Žilina along the D1 motorway. Personal meetings are by appointment.

If something is missing, write to us and we will add it.

  1. Within 24 hours on business days. Weekend messages are handled by Monday morning at the latest. We read every message personally, not through an automated filter.

  2. Yes, gladly. By appointment we meet in Trenčín, or at a location of your choosing if that suits you better. We confirm the meeting in our reply to your message.

  3. Yes. Custom import and commission sales both work end-to-end without a meeting. We communicate by phone and email, share video walkthroughs, and handle paperwork by courier or electronically.

  4. For an import: make, model, budget and the year range you are considering. For a sale: make, model, year, mileage, condition and expected price, ideally with a few photos. If you are not sure yet, describe it in your own words and we will refine it together.

  5. That is fine. No obligation, no pressure. We answer general questions as quickly and directly as specific inquiries. A second-opinion question is welcome too.

  6. Slovak, Czech and English. For paperwork we confirm in advance which language the contracts and documents are issued in, so you are fully clear on what you are signing.
