  2. Vehicle search

    We work trusted sources in Germany, Austria, Italy and across Europe. You only see cars that match your brief.

  3. Inspection and verification

    We inspect the shortlisted car in person or through our local partner. We confirm condition, VIN, service history, ownership and paperwork.

  4. Import and paperwork

    We arrange transport, customs, VAT, technical and emissions tests and local registration. The car arrives ready to drive.

  5. Handover

    We deliver the car detailed, with full documentation and a short walkthrough. If you want PPF, ceramic coating or extended warranty, we add it through GoldClass Care.

  1. The price has two parts, the vehicle itself and a fixed import fee agreed upfront. Transport, customs, VAT, inspections and registration are all itemised in the budget before you commit. No hidden line items, no surprise top-ups.

  2. Typically 4 to 12 weeks, depending on availability and country of origin. Straightforward briefs can move faster, very specific configurations take longer. You get a realistic timeline after the consultation.

  3. We check the VIN across international databases, full service and maintenance history, accident history, number of owners and original mileage. The car is inspected in person, paint, underbody, mechanical condition, originality of spec. If the car does not match the listing, we walk away and keep searching.

  4. Newer cars keep the remaining manufacturer warranty, which transfers to Slovakia. For older cars we arrange extended warranty through GoldClass Finance, with cover and scope you choose. Before handover you always get a clear summary of what is covered.

  5. Yes, we connect you with GoldClass Finance for leasing, loan or operating lease, whichever fits. Financing is never a condition, paying directly is perfectly fine. The goal is to find you the best terms, not to sell an extra product.

  6. We stay in touch, recommend trusted service partners and handle any warranty claim with the supplier. Through GoldClass Garage we add PPF, ceramic coating, window tint or regular detailing. Through GoldClass Care you can bundle ongoing care into a single package.
