Answers to what owners ask before they submit the car.

If something is missing, write to us, we will add it.

  1. We base it on recent sales of comparable cars, plus the spec, mileage and condition of yours. We propose the price after an in-person inspection and walk through it with you. The final number is yours to approve, we only list at the price we agreed on.

  2. For a correctly priced premium car, usually 2 to 8 weeks. Some cars move within days, very specific configurations take longer. You get a realistic estimate at the valuation.

  3. Almost none. From you we need the registration document, proof of ownership and the service book. The contract, title transfer and deregistration are prepared and handled by us, you only sign.

  4. The buyer pays into our account. Once the payment clears and the contract is signed, we transfer the agreed amount to you by bank transfer. Standard payout is the same or the next business day after the title transfer. No cash at viewings, no instalments.

  5. Two options. The car can stay with you and we schedule viewings to minimise disruption. Or we take it into our facility, where it is stored under guard and insured for the duration of the listing. Either way, we carry the responsibility for the sales process, you remain the owner until title transfer.

  6. If we do not find the right buyer within the agreed period, we review the reasons, the comparables and propose a strategy or price adjustment. You can take the car back at any time at no cost, no fees for our time, photography or listing, you only pay when a sale actually closes.
